At Humanity Psychotherapy, Kendra knows every small action has the potential to create big change. Creating a friendly, down-to-earth, and no-nonsense space for healing, she believes that authenticity is an essential component to the therapeutic relationship.

Kendra takes a holistic approach to therapy and believes that true health and wellness requires balance of mind, body, and spirit. She uses an eclectic approach incorporating existential and cognitive-behavioral theories as well as mindfulness based techniques into her practice.

The transition into parenthood is arguably the most challenging experience in a person’s life. It is not always the magical experience we expect and hope for. Support is crucial during this transformative time, and unfortunately, many professionals are not trained to provide appropriate perinatal care. If you are concerned about Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders, you and your partner are struggling, or you simply need some support, therapy is the place to start. You do not have to do it all alone.

Life can be challenging. We all need a safe space to sort through the ups and downs. Let's sit down together, talk it out, have a laugh (if you're up for it), and get you moving in a direction that feels right.

Kendra is located on site at The Birthing Inn and virtually.
